Bending & Coiling
Precision bent components for use in surgical devices, heat exchangers, instrumentation and handling equipment. Size ranges from .032" to 1 1/2" diameters in a variety of wall thicknesses, with minimal radius and wall thinning requirements.

End Forming
Flaring and end reductions of tubing is an everyday process at Eagle. Special tools and procedures have been developed to insure repeatability for proper mating of flared and end-reduced tubes.

Laser Welding & Cutting
Welding, brazing or soldering of standards or custom-made components to customer drawings or specifications are performed on state-of-the-art equipment including computer controlled, laser machining centers as shown.

Laser Marking
Laser Marking Services mark products with permanent information such as part numbers, lot numbers, dating, graphics, and bar codes. Laser marking services work with a wide variety of material such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, aluminum, titanium, brass and copper.

Assembly
Assembly of multiple parts to achieve a single component can be accomplished by various methods such as welding, threading, epoxy, etc. Eagle works to exact customer specifications, as well as the recommendations of our engineering experts, to achieve the lowest costs and the highest quality.

EDM / ECG
Eagle offers EDM / ECG capablities to provide slotting, beveling and notching of stainless steel tubes.

Centerless Grinding
Eagle has the in-house capability to centerless grind stainless steel tube and bar to precise tolerances with enhanced OD surface finish.

Finishing
Eagle has the capablity of providing a variety of finishing operations such as sandblasting, matte finish, elctro-polishing, OD polishing and passivation.
